Hey all! I'm really excited as there is only 10 days left before I get to experience the magic of Disneyland during Halloween! It will be a FANTASTIC distraction from all that's been going on...but I'm wondering, do most things go as planned in the park when it rains? Such as characters and parades and such, or do things get cancelled? I've never been at any time other than the summer, so I'm new to the cold weather potential for rain thing.
Hey!! My family and I will be there too!! Woohoo!!!!! - MissSplash

My husband and I went 2 years ago in Feb and it rained 2 of the 4 days we were there. In the off season, if that is when you are going they do not have parades in Disneyland. They still do Fantasmic at night before close. I am not too sure what happens with DCA if there are still parades or not in the off season. Hope this helped. - sweetkat

On rainy days, they dont do the regular parade, they do the rainy day character cavalcad, which is just 4-5 main street cars filled with characters. Its very short and not very impressive, but better than nothing. - Sarafina

October is notoriously warm in southern California so be prepared for anything! - MainStreetMom

I will try to keep that in mind, weather is pretty weird in norcal too, so hopefully it won't be too bad. - jamielynn 138.6 #2464 6:16PM
What would happen than if we bought the tickets for the Halloween thing and it rains so there isn't a parade? - jamielynn
