Just got back from a 2.34 afternoon run. Kept a pace of 13:13 mile. Not to bad... just trying to stay under 14:30 for Tinkerbell. Wish it was a little cooler tho

its harddd! I have no idea how people run like 10-12 min miles. It is crazy to me! I really just want to make sure I stay in the lower mid 14:00. THat still is a lot of running though. Oh my word it is so hard! Years ago I used to do long runs and I remember that feeling of just wanting to keep going & going. This time around I just don't feel that way at all๎ i have to psych myself up to get through each block. Hopefully it'll get easier the more I run. Wow, 13:13, that's great! I can usually keep up about 14-15 min miles, and sometimes faster if it's not hot. I've never been a long distance runner and I always thought marathoners were crazy, but then I ran/walked the Disneyland Half and it completely changed my mind. The walking makes a huge difference for me because I'm still not much of a jogger. Keep up the training. We'll have a great time at the race! It'll be so much fun to run through Neverland. - TamiPoppins
