What are the qualifications for being a Plaid? Do you have to work for DL for a certain period of time? Do they make more than most cast members? See, everyone wants to know who is with the plaid. I want to know about the plaid. :)

You have to transfer to guest services from somewhere in the park. You can't hire into it. I know for sure unless you have major seniority you hardly get any hours and they are paid the same or a tad bit more than attractions and maingate. - PrincessTianaCM
