This will be our last night in the park before heading home and I wanted to put this out there. I want to thank the CM's that are cheerful and kind who have made our stressful time easier. Thank you to the CM that felt extra magical and let us ride Peter twice (it's my favorite Fantasy Land ride) and all the CM's that handle those of us with disabilities with such ease and kindness. Your patience and the way we are handled makes for a easier time. I also want to thank patrons of the park who have been kind and held doors and exits for us. For those who make sure their children and themselves watch where they are going so no one gets hurt or run into and for those that always have a kind word to say. Lastly to my husband who truly is my hero. He has dealt with the crazy crowds while pushing me in my chair all while keeping his cool when I would get run into by others. It makes him mad but he keeps himself in check so I can have the most magical time ever. He has made sure I have ridden all the rides I want, seen everything I want and eaten everything I have wanted. He took care of me after I got sick from eating at Rancho Del Zocalo (not the restaurants fault) and consistently makes sure I am as comfortable and happy as possible. He is amazing! It has only been two days but it has been a great two days. I can't wait to finish tonight at DCA. See you again soon (hopefully) Disneyland! 

This is a wonderful post!! Glad you had a good time and thanx for posting. - SueBayou  2012.0 #34 7:39PM
Lovingly and well said...I am so glad you folks had a magical time :-) - uscdisneyteacher  3089.5 #14 6:32PM
So glad you got to spend time and enjoy the park!! As a family member of an individual that has a physical disability, I understand at least in part (I may not know the exact location, but I know the landscape, so to speak) how difficult it can be to navigate crowds and crowded spaces. A gentle reminder to all of us to try and make a little extra effort to be kind and considerate towards our neighbors everywhere. :-) - missmissy721  7.5 #7854 6:39PM
Awe you're a very lucky lady to have a husband like that mine wont even step foot in Disneyland or hold the door open. - maxinerenton  415.1 #311 7:31PM
Thank you! I really am a lucky girl. Maybe I'll start renting him out to wives who's husbands won't go to DL with them. Haha! - sweetkat  285.6 #698 2:19AM
I am so happy for you. Disneyland is magical, and the CMs are the greatest. As the husband of someone with disabilities, it gets frustrating when other don't recognize, but we accept it because so many others do, and take the time to accomidate. I am glad you and he had a great time! - SorcererBHhaha  408.5 #319 2:28AM
