We go with 14+2on the way. Believe it or not we stay together ALL DAY. I ask who wants to do what (its sort if a Dland rally night) and always make a game plan w those wants. Bring plenty of patience! Also, designate someone as the leader: someone that is easy to follow when walking as a large group. Also, try to make a plan of which attractions you want to ride ahead of time, you would won't be indecisive and block the exit. Patience and being flexible is key. When I go with my large family of 18 we first stay together and make sure to get on those rides we have to do together like Soarin & Tower of Terror.
