If you send an email to support and you do not get an immediate auto-response from us, that means your email system is blocking us. Please add our addresses to your Contacts and check your spam folder. I hear of people sending emails to support but never hearing back - that is because the emails are probably being blocked. ALSO please check the new Support section first and the Admin link in the Lounge before submitting a ticket to see if I have mentioned your issue. I get a lot of support tickets and I get several days behind sometimes due to the large number of requests. Please make sure you have read the FAQ page too because that is updated frequently. Thanks!
