Well, I've been bad. I haven't been watching what I eat enough, and I definitely haven't been exercising enough. But I'm trying to start training for the Tink Half now. I'm addicted to signing up for races now that I've done the Disneyland Half-marathon, so I've signed up for a 10k run/walk (with my dog!) on October 23rd. It's called Race for the Rescues and it looks like a lot of fun since we can bring our dogs along. It's to raise money for animal rescue organizations. If any of you live near Pasadena you should join in! Just search the web for Race for the Rescues and find my team, Ladies and the Tramps, haha.
