The road is a semi-long one but it Is worth it in the end. One way to choose the position is online. They ask you to fill out few things. Then after couple months (if chosen) they send you an email about the job interview. They ask the questions there. I tried applying for the regular position but I got in through the Disnsy College Program. Just don't give up and keep on trying.
