Was planning a trip with my wife 3 kids mom dad and sister already have the tix but my sis passed away 7 weeks ago and I just don't know if I wana go?? I went there with her every year scence we were born. My mom and wife said we need to go still cause the kids need some normal? Any thoughts? Were going oct 28 "if I go"
You need to go. Some family time would be good. Your sister would want you too. Even though it hurts, it's okay to smile and laugh again. Disneyland is what your family needs. - leanne8507

I know that feeling :( lost my father and everything seemed obsolete to do (Thanksgiving, Christmas etc). But we went through with those event to help us keeping moving forward and understanding that life is too precious to waste, keep the tradition alive and on!! - makoto84

I'm sorry for your loss. Going to Disneyland could be a healing trip for you, especially going someplace so treasured and being with family. There are lots of places that a perfect for quiet moments and reflection. I will more than likely be in the park working if you need a smile, a hug, or some extra pixie dust. I'm so sorry for your loss :( but I really think you should go. And yes I think tour family just need to get away. If you go I will maybe see you and your family cause we will be there as well.
