wonder what those "unforeseen circumstances" were, because i read a tweet that said 9pm WoC was delayed about 20mins. i've experienced that before where WoC was delayed about 10-15mins and then so were the fireworks. wonder how/why the delay @DCA affects the start @DL - brian! 259.8 #926 12:32AM
