So I was wondering , what do the chefs at a restaurant do if their restaurant goes down for refurbishment? Where is everyne that usually works Blue Bayou, on a long vacation or relocated elsewhere? I'm curious if anyone knows.

I was at Blue Bayou the night it closed and asked cuz I'm curious (sounds better than nosy), some took vacations others went to different restaurants. - sewgirl 340.5 #427 4:02PM
