Does anyone know the MW index works? It's say 50/100.but the parks are very crowded. Thank you

Looking at the wait times the park doesn't seem to crowded. - ManBearPig 417.0 #309 12:54PM

It might be crowded down Main Street but once you see all the wait times compared to the Summer times then you'll see the difference - HakunaMatata 309.8 #563 12:57PM
