There are a few fruit stands. Salads at pizza port. My favorite is a salad at Trattoria in DCA called Italian insalata. - SueBayou

I read that Big Thunder Ranch BBQ has a veggie skewer with tofu. Cafe Orleans has a salmon salad and French Quarter has Cajun salmon. Not sure about the sides on that one. And churros! They are healthy for my soul. ;) - happiestplace

In California adventure they have Greek inspired pitas. I don't know the calorie count but is gotta be better then a burger and fries and it comes with rice pilaf. Tasty. - Froggyfriends

The skewers at Garden Grill at DCA are good, Bengal Barbeque also has good grilled skewers. The stand next to ROA on the way to Hungry Bear (dont know the name) has a salmon salad. Avoid Tommorland for food. - Ms. Rebel Spy

There's a delicious chicken salad at the Pacific Wharf Cafe; Bengal Barbeque skewers with the sauce on the side; the kabobs at the Paradise Pier dining area are good, but the rice that comes with them is pretty oily; and Hungry Bear has some healthy sandwiches and salads. And keep in mind that portions at DL are HUGE--you can easily share any entree with someone else and still be full! - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Mango from the fruit carts! Comes with spiced sugar and you get a lot for around $3. - Polkadobo

Fruit. Kids power pack part of a turkey leg. Ust watch the calorie counts. You already know what you are looking for. Just don't settle for high fat options. I think there are finally more good choices available. Good luck and happy eating - DeneciePie
