(edited) anyone who would like to do a RAK and save lives! Tuesday September 27, 2011 American red cross will be doing a blood drive. Walk ins are welcome! 9 am- 3 pm. The location is about 1 mile from Disneyland. For more details please send me a text so I can provide an address. Hope to see some MWers there!!(edited) with donating blood you will get 2 free chives tickets, 2 clippers tickets, and a mimis Free appetizer. If I get 5 MWers to participate I will even do a RAK of my tickets to get more people excited about this .

Too far away, and I can't donate either (lived in Europe the wrong years). It is a worthy cause. I know my hubby was a recipient of other donors, and it was life saving: 8 units of blood + plasma the first few hours, not counting the following days and surgeries. My work did a blood drive in his name. It is important... This is the best RAK ever, believe me, he was worth every pint. I used to donate at the Red Cross but now I regularly donate to CHOC as my small way to give back for what I've been given! If you can, donate blood wherever you can! - LilSterner

@lmao they didn't give you the sheet for clipper tickets?!? I'm sorry about that. Did they give you the free appetizer from mimis? Wish I would of met you they ended up having us only help for a bit then it was class time. And I didn't end up donating. I freaked out before the needle even went it .
