Don't be afraid to speak your mind when that happens. If people don't have any common courtesy, then they don't deserve your silence. Sometimes people need to be reminded of their rudness. - DarthMickey

I have found that being kind but very direct works. If I semi loudly point out to someone that they are being rude, people don't like everyone knowing they are cutting or blocking and usually back off pretty quick. - madsdad
