If you guys are like me and cannot run on a treadmill for some reason, try walking on a steep incline. It is an amazing working that works out your lower body. Trust me, after 20 minutes i was sore! Plus it is an amazing cardio workout! Ps. Don't hold on! Moving your arms is also beneficial! Happy exercising! :)

Totally! I started running a long time ago, but I also get on the treadmill, crank up the incline, and walk--sometimes, I feel like I huff and puff and get a better workout than I do when I jog! - Spoonful_O_Sugar  613.1 #331 7:55PM
I did this for like 30 minutes, adding an extra incline thing after each minute. The next morning, my lower body hurt so much! My butt hurt! lol! The thing about this is, if your bpm gets too high then you can just lower the incline! - Madi  204.1 #1950 8:07PM
