Do you know if we can get block out day tickets even if our pass isn't blocked out?

You can't get a block out pass. You would have to upgrade your pass. That's what the guy had told me - iheartdisneyland0922

U can buy a pass for the day & it is discounted if ur pass is blocked out on that day... I believe it is $59 for the day... - disneymomma1

Got it from there website .....Blockout Day tickets are available for purchase and are valid on a day that your Annual Passport is blocked out but you wish to visit Disneyland Resort. Blockout Day tickets are Park Hopper tickets and are $59 each (prices subject to change without notice). - Jackie211
