Hi everyone! Just a quick question, we were thinking of coming to Disneyland the first week of January, will it be busy?? Is school out at that time?? Or would the first week of December be better??? Less busy??? Thanks!!!!
I would go the first week of Dec. Because of the holiday themes and its never really packed when I go then. - Jessgiac

The first week of January was packed last year. If I recall, the park was closed to visitors a couple days in a row because there were so many people. I would go the first week of December. - saralovesdisney

Went over the week of Christmas last year wasn't to bad but Christmas day was crazy they stopped letting people in the park I hear the first week of Jan is like that too - cowboygoofy

Last year new years day was super busy but the day after was dead, and the disnt end up taking down the decorations until the 5th. Just like this week, it's slays slow right after the holidays! - akpoppins

As long as you go after the holiday then it's great! We always go in January because it's the off season. Hotels are cheaper, flights are cheaper and the rides are mostly a walk-on. - MinnieBuccs
