Have people ever been sent away from a ride for being too obese and supassing safety or weight limits???
I would feel so horrible if that ever happened to me for any reason - Disneyrockstar

I was turned away at star tours before they updated it because I couldn't get the seatbelt fastened, they gave me a front of the line pass and I went straight to Indy and had no problems and nobody ever took the pass away. Now I have no problems with any seatbelts but I am scared to try space mountain. I also can't fit thru the old turnstiles at some of the older rides like fantasylands and JC but I just go thru the exit to get on. - bigben1138

That is my biggest fear going to DL cause I luv all the rides. I am questioning the swings in DCA many years there was a weight limit. - lindyanne

A woman was killed a few years ago on Perilous Plunge at Knotts. They said it was a result of her being too "big'' for the safety bars on the ride. They didn't close properly and she fell out - CMsMom

That almost happens to me on Jurassic park at uni, the bars never felt like they locked, I held on for dear life on that drop - bigben1138

I guess somebody I know went to a theme park, which she did not mention, but she got turned away from many rides. I have never seen it done at Disneyland or California Adventure. - martymalena
