I'm here in.sprint store getting my wifi. card fix was here this am and waited 20 mins before was helped and I left the card to be fixed. Now here and they have had all day make special trip to pick up they stated it was fixed went to the car to try and not working. Have now been here for almost 1 hour and they do not now what wrong. Sorry had to vent. They just told me that they have to replace it. Thank you all for allowing me that to get this off my chest. It over

We used to have Sprint and their customer service leave a lot to be desired. I know it sounds terrible, but we used to get better customer service by threatening to leave the contract. - ladylikesdisney  921.5 #95 7:39PM
