Please add me! Here's my tip: remember to drink 8-10 glasses of water, especially on a hot day! And continually keep the sunscreen going on your body. Make sure that you are protected from that sun! It's also important to keep your eyes protected with sunglasses, and hats are also great. If you burn easily, wear long sleeves and pants to help protect your skin! - danishmodern

You can get a free cup of ice water from almost any food place in the parks, comes in handy. You can also refill you water bottle at plaza inn and pizza port from the soda fountain area with the water button. - Plumiegirl

No need to add me just wanted to say that this is an incredibly thoughtful RAK. We have one of those fan spray bottles from a few summers ago and my kids love it so thats one way we stay cool. We also take tons of water bottles in and apple and orange slices. We often sit by the stair case by the little fountain in NOS to relax. - melissa_ficent
