So on Friday after we went to D23 we stopped by DTD and we say this lady pushing her 5-6 yr old in a stroller and she was acting funny, i pointed her out to my bf and he told me to mind my own business(he said it nicely wasnt being a jerk or anything, he says im always nosy but i like to ppl watch) her son was crying and she bends over the side of the stroller to tell him something and if it weren't for the stroller she woulda fell with her legs straight up in the air, she managed to flash everyone because she was wearing a very short dress, and sure enough, she was drunk, extremely drunk at around 2pm, I felt really bad for her son because he was just crying, like a miserable cry, if she wasn't pushing that stroller she would have been falling all over the place, we went into build a bear and I started thinking I should have called the police because what if she was driving, n then I saw some policemen rushing towards tge way that she was going so I hope someone called them because I have been feeling really guilty for not doing something with her having her little boy......I just couldn't believe what I saw
