Morning, Princess! I live about 25 mins away from the park so I don't use any of the staying arrangement but tips of what to do? Ride as many rides as you can. Watch as many shows as you can. Enjoy all the food that you can eat. Meet as many MW'ers as you can. And most of all make the best memories imaginable! - PrincessCarmen

Moring Princess!! You can fly through John Wante Airport. If you stay at a Disney hotel, there is a shuttle there that will take you to the hotel(I think, it may just take you to the park but I think it also takes you to your hotel) at Disneyland, you must have a dole whip and a tigger tail! - Cassie

If your trying to save more money for the park, I recommend the Comfort Inn Maingate. If you call and ask for the "Show Me the Mickey" rate you can get the suite for about $89 night. I would also recommend picking up ART passes which are also very affordable. The motel offers a continental breakfast that includes waffles which saved us from having to spend money on breakfast each morning. - Jason

I disagree with BdayGoof- Disney raises the package 20-30%. Doing it "a la cart" is way cheaper. Go directly to the motel/hotel website or use priceline etc. As for DL tix, shop around and try Costco or AAA. HTH - ToneLoc

Like Elaine said you can get really nice rooms for $50 on priceline. Go to the resources tab in this app and find the MW tricks and tips section. There is an article there on how to use the 'name your own price' option on priceline to get the best hotel rates. - BlueberryCrusader

There are 3 airports around here: LAX, Long Beach, John Wayne... So check them all for the best price. LAX is a bit further so depending on how you're getting to your hotel that might cost you a little more. Check travel sites such as travelzoo.com and start looking now you can usually get a better deal the earlier you book.... Must dos at DL: eat everything you can there cuz it's so yummy get a churro, main st ice cream, tigger tail, dole whip etc; and when you go start with adventureland and go clockwise it seems to work faster; most importantly HAVE FUN and of course get some souveniers! Oh and vist MW!!! - LittleMermaid

Lots of good tips, as far as a place to stay if we don't stay on property, which can be expensive, we've always enjoyed the candy cane inn. Close enough to walk, dedicated shuttle & free breakfast. - DreaminofDL

I'd say look at kayak.com for flight, hotel, and rental car if you're considering one, they search most of the major travel sites for you so you don't have to, they also have an app available to download - Pnthrfn1524
