How does one get onto the Lilly belle? Do you need anything special?

I believe originally it took club 33 guests to NOS. Nowadays ask in the morning for a reservation. You get to sign a guest book and receive a souvenir ticket all for free. - Polkadobo 372.1 #369 9:56PM
