Anyone else feel guilty about gaining rank because of the trivia game? A lost a little of that guilt though when it told me I got something wrong, when I know I didn't ;P

But should they mean a lot? I love it because I now have all the music & all but one background. That's the only part of the # I care about. I'd play trivia without the points bump! It's just fun and earn the rest here & my 1-2 trips a year to the parks. - ythdudette

It's funny because for a while I didn't play then I played because I like trivia and I felt like other people were getting higher points who didn't put in the work... I don't care about the rank. The rank for me is a game for my wife and I. I'm beating her. But I help when needed to my best of knowledge. I have done some nice in park RAKs. Also met some great MWers. - Chumash28

i also did not mean for my comment to come across as wanting lots of points or that rank is especially important. my point was more that it sort of makes preventative measures like not allowing people to txt till 10 seem pointless. i mean if you know alot that could be like one day on trivia. im not opposed to getting points for trivia, i guess i just feel it goes up too fast. entering wait times is important to keep the app going and up to date, where as the trivia is just for fun. i hope that made sense. - Pixarprincess

We have to deal with social ranking on a daily basis: how much money we have, what kind of car we drive, what schools we've been to, and who's who at work. Disneyland is great because we are all the same rank; we're kids! In my opinion, the rank thing is silly; I love trivia, I love Disneyland, and I love MW so I don't feel guilty. For those that hold rank near and dear, maybe just having a separate ranking for your trivia score (like Buzz or TSMM) could solve this? - jiminyclint

I don't feel guilty because I can't go to the parks as much as I used to to be able to put in wait times, and it takes foreverrrr to earn points in the lounge. But I do think that wait times should get more points than the trivia - TickledTink

My phones gps and MW don't get along, so as often as i am actually in the park, I can not contribute to wait times. But honestly, as far as rank goes, I'm on android so really doesn't matter for me - 415beachgirl

I completely agree Tom and toph, I worked my butt off for my points, and people like you guys REALLY have! I always think about coaster getting so many points when it was like 100 times slower, at the beginning.
