You should still send an email. While uninstalling and reinstalling helps, it's not getting the core issue fixed and I know Admin wants to provide the most solid app ever. - Experiment818

My BF had that problem. Re download the app and it should work. If you have an iPhone, I've also had success with pressing the app till it shakes like you're gonna delete it, then press the button so the apps stop shaking. Then it should work. It's like the phone thinks you re downloaded it. Hope that helps :) - JessicaRabbit33

Sent email already. It's everynow and then now. Got old 3G. Deleted reinstalled. Hard reboot. Still no go. I wasn't able to even get in the app for awhile. Lol. I think admin submitted 3.1 to app store already so I hope that fixes it. - WeLoveDisneyland
