The chicken is what I get every time I go. But the last time I went my bf got the salmon. Now, I hate seafood and fish however, he always makes me try any seafood he gets hoping one day I might like it. And so I tried the salmon at the blue bayou and I will say I actually liked it and had several bites. p.s. I tried salmon at a local restaurant and hated it.
