If you still have the receipt, you can complain to Disney customer service. Send a picture and explain the situation - factory defect, no mouth and ears. Disney won't give you another chaser but usually, they'll give you a free U7 blind box for your troubles. If Disney asks for you to return the chaser, just explain to them no bc it's still a very hard item to obtain, etc. I've complained before successfully. Hope this helps. - MickeyMax
