How do I look for Counseling? I feel like I need some help. Just a rut in my life.
I'm not an expert in this area, but I'd search for someone who specalizes in the area you are looking for. If you are on a budget, look for a university that has a counseling program. Often master's students will need the experience. My husband used that service and it worked well. - Mrs.mouse

Do you work for company that offers an EAP (Employee Assistance Program)? If you're not sure, check with your HR department. Almost all large companies have it and one of the benefits is Counseling. I used it years ago (having issues with my ex-husband) and got great counseling for free. Good luck and hang in there! We're here for you! - msdizmaui
