My CM appreciation post. Ok so almost a year ago (*sniff sniff*) me and my boyfriend where headed off on our grand adventure, 2 nights on the train 14 days in Cali 2 nights home plus a couple in Seattle. About a month before we where leaving my dad found out that he was being posted to comox (about 3 hrs away from Victoria) so they entire trip we had the weight of knowing I was moving away as soon as we got back. That trip became my best trip ever. On our last day in Anaheim before getting the train early the next day we went shopping. We had gotten really into pins and spent alot of time at the pin trader in DTD by the Lego store. We got to know a CM named Judy. This last day I was randomly bursting into tears and Judy saw one of my breakdowns. She spent time talking to me making sure I was fine. A bit into our shopping she asked me if a button would make me feel a little, I laughed a little and said yes. She grabbed 2 honorary citizen buttons and pulled me and my bf out into the opening and got everyones attention. She then said very loudly that she was making us citizens. Everyone clapped I blushed and cried and my bf thank her for making me happy for a moment. We bought our stuff and on the way out she asked if she could give me a hug cause she saw the tears coming again. I did. Now I can't wait to get back and try and find Judy and thank her again. Little did I know me and dad would hate comox and be back in Victoria 2 months later. Lol. Thanks for listening to my post! And thank you CMs for making magic, without you the park would not be open today!!

Thanks for the great post. I understand what you mean about Comox... Way to far away from Pagliacci's. What a great CM to go out of her way for you at your time of need. Cheers! - proudcanuck
