3 things. 1st read this article praising disneyland's customer service http://bit.ly/osIbPI we can all learn a thing or 2. 2nd, I love it that this place is like having a link to the happiest place on earth and is a good hangout. Finally, conquering the matterhorn sundae seems to be the new challenge here.
