Venting! Called the Disney soda fountain in HW to make a reservation for 17 people for THIS sat and I was put on hold to wait for a manager, waited over 3 mins, look @ my phone and there is NO call! Call back, same girl answers and I said call disconnected, she laughs, says manager "walked away" and told me to call back in 10mins bec they r "super busy" REALLY!?!?!? did she NOT hear me say 17 PEOPLE! Farrells is sounding better by the minute!
Breathe just call back in 7 mins. - Dreamer

I got the impression it was small when the guy went silent when I said 17. Ive never been and I had NO clue just immediate family was that many...hope this works! - CM_Tamstirr

I am sure 17 people will be a super small fraction of their total sales that day. They will live. Just call back. Or go to Baskin Robins. They have 31 flavors. Almost everyone in you group can enjoy two different unique flavors. - HotDiggityDogDaddy

We went a few months ago and there's only about 8 tables and maybe 6 seats at the bar area. Hope they can seat you all together - AlishaSkellington

I asked if it was a problem he said no. I told him if it was not do-able I could do Farrell's. He said NO! lol. And I wasn't saying Farrell's be be bratty..I didn't think 17 would be an issue since the website said they do "birthday parties" - CM_Tamstirr

I delete stuff by accident all the time lol. Have you ever been to that area of hollywood? There is an awesome parking structure just down the block to park in. There isn't parking at the soda shop. - AlishaSkellington

We saw Wicked down there 2xs and Cats. I've also been to the El Capitan twice but the Soda Fountain wasn't there then - CM_Tamstirr
