Question.. Who is crowd lady? I would love to understand all these pictures and stuff! Thanks!

There is kind of a running joke about a photo of a crowded main street from way back that kept getting bumped and people thinking it was curent. In the foreground of this photo is a lady in black with dark hair, looking back over her left shoulder. She's crowd lady.
