I know I didn't talk about losing my sunglasses at Disney last week on the haunted mansion and didn't make a big deal about it. I went to city hall and filled out a lost glasses slip in good faith but they weren't found that night or next day, but pretty much thought id never see them again. Today I came home to find this package and I couldn't believe it, They found them and shipped them to my house!!! Disney is amazing :)

They sure are...I lost my cell phone on Big Thunder Mountain about four years ago...it fell out my pocket while riding...filled out form at city hall...in less than a week I had it in my posession from the happiest place on earth ;-) - uscdisneyteacher

This happend to me too! But they were lost on soarin :( I thought for sure I would never see my ray bans again & sure enough 2 weeks later I received them in the mail :) amazing lost & found department !! Glad you got yours back - the_wolff

Disney knows how to treat Guests! One year after a trip to WDW (2 connecting rooms @POFQ) my Mom received a large box in the mail. We didn't ship any purchases home so she had no clue what it could be. When she opened it she was surprised to see a box full of our travel partners t-shirts! He had washed them and layed them out in his room to dry. Somehow he missed packing them (he's 70+) and hadn't noticed yet. My friend's son lost his cell phone, wallet and sunglasses a few weeks ago. The CMs at TMRR walked the track and found the cell phone! But no wallet. They went to City Hall and filed a claim. The next morning they got a call and sunglasses and wallet (with ALL his money) were waiting for them! No one does it like Disney! - Gia
