its possible that he did not wear his seat belt and is hanging from the ceiling of the cage otherwise it is a great photoshop. Disney has an night camera on this attraction and they will stop the elevator and remove folks that are floating too high for a seatbelt. - Plumiegirl

When we went on TOT this past Sunday, our bellhop used a different seat belt check routine (not sure if it's now required by all CMs). He had us raise our hands and try to stand up, row by row. Anyone else experience this? - SergZak

I remember seeing this for the first time. So not legit. My mom was spazing cause she thought it could really happen and she is afraid of heights. It's a non-issue. - MagicalCaprice
