It's filmed in Burbank or Glendale. A lot of shows aren't filmed where they are so called based out of. I guess it's cheaper that way. My cuz works for sweet water which does the lighting and electronics on the set. - JessicaRabbit89

Yes. Actually, most shows aren't filmed on location. Its very expensive to film on location. A non-Disney example is "I Love Lucy". Took place mostly in New York, but much of it filmed in LA (actually where KTLA and WOWP is filmed today). But if they have to, they'll do it, but have to plan weeks in advanced. - BaseballMickey_CM
