I have a question for all the Cast Members...how do you become one? It looks like a realy fun job that i may want to have some day :-)
We all start in IASW. When we outgrow the customs they give us a job out in the park. I am sure you can all remember seeing BBM's cute little face in there, he is one of our recent graduates. - BalooTBear

Ghost...: Yes, AND they let me keep my lederhosen. Actually, the online application process is very easy. Keep up dating it every six months and check back often. We tend to higher in sperts for certain seasons. Don't give up if it something you really want to do. Talk to current and past CMs to find out where you might want to be. Good luck! - BalooTBear

When you apply you will indicate what type of posotion you are looking for. You get to pick two if I remeber right. Like custodial, attractions, food service, etc. As far where in the resort you will work will be explained as you go through the process. let me know if I can be of any help as you work through it. - BalooTBear

How long did you (any CMs) wait between entering your application and getting an interview. I applied a little over 2 weeks ago and just wanted to know a basic time frame...i do know however they said it could take up to 6 months. - JenInWonderland
