@JS. Brother I thought it was actually supposed to be that way. You fill the locker with little RAKs for people choice from when they find the locker. Mine was pretty much empty except for my great book full of great MWer's signatures and a pin left for me in the book. It was an awesome Locker RAK. - Evilstitch
