Why are they having adults sign there day tickets and show there ID to get into the park now ?

Are they really doing that?? - brodysmommy  243.7 #1061 5:10PM
Because folks were resellIng left over tickets that still had days on them - Plumiegirl  3322.5 #10 5:11PM
Too many people were sharing/selling tickets - Pixarprincess  531.4 #215 5:11PM
Yup this morning as we were walking in they were not letting my mom into the park until she signed the back side of the ticket and show her ID - oscarbee  135.1 #2517 5:12PM
So are they actually doing that now for every ticket? You have to show id with your signature? Just would like tokbow because when we go in November my parents season pass ends and we are planning to go to the parks one more day and I have friends going the next weekend so we were just going to add on a day to their pass so please let me know if it is going to continue because if so we'll have to come up with another idea - brodysmommy  243.7 #1061 5:15PM
Good--that helps them to be sure that people aren't buying half-used tickets off of Craig's List. - Spoonful_O_Sugar  435.8 #283 5:15PM
Finally! - Applek_CM  246.0 #1041 5:16PM
For those people who were cheating the system. About time! - 415beachgirl  469.0 #259 5:18PM
All DL tickets are non-transferrable - Spoonful_O_Sugar  435.8 #283 5:19PM
Yes, you now must sign it, and not everytime you go through the turnstile but they do occasionally ask to see ID as well. When my mom bought one Tuesday the ticket booth made her sign it before returning her credit card and ID - Pixarprincess  531.4 #215 5:32PM
I'm surprised they haven't done this earlier. A couple of years ago I went to Seaworld, and you not only had to sign your ticket, but you had to scan your finger (or thumb, can't remember). - TinkPen  428.4 #292 5:38PM
It's about time. And rumors are that DL will eventually get the hand scanners like WDW - LBChica  1500.0 #51 5:41PM
GOOD! Because too many people were scamming the system. - Mrsblue  692.4 #144 8:42PM
Disney tickets are nontransferrable. - Mrsblue  692.4 #144 8:43PM
Last week when my son and I were leaving someone came up and asked if we still had out tickets... Said sorry but we r AP holders. But I wouldn't have given them our tickets even if we had tickets. They can do it the right way and pay to get in! - Lorp1001  26.0 #4580 8:58PM
