Ok, here is a pic of the countdown app I got on the iPhone. Confession time....I'm on a diet and exercise plan for the next 60 days (so far I'm doing very good after completing week 1). My wife and I are planning the trip to Disneyland as a reward for completing the next 60 days. I have to say it is the best incentive. I can give updates of my progress every few weeks everyone wants to know how I'm doing. Right now I'm looking forward to having a churro when I get to the park.

So, as of today I've lost 20 pounds. I'm now 20 pounds lighter than I was last year. It feels good. 42 more days till my quick trip to Disneyland too. - Fanatix

I just finished the insanity program. Before insanity I lost 12 pounds by dieting and cutting soda from my diet. With insanity I lost another 13 pounds. I also took measurements while on the insanity program. I lost 3.5 inches around the waist. Now I need to find another program to do next....or I might have to make my own. I'm going to be at DL next weekend celebrating my success....I wonder if I will gain it all back by eating churros..... - Fanatix
