Those are amazing!! @415beachgirl try painting the house and balloon shapes on a piece of a plastic bag, and once it dries, peel it off and put it on your nail using clear nail polish :) - acpowers13

Thanks all!:) sorry my phone went down and i didn't get to respond to a few of you- @disneyismylife @415beachgirl I used a nail art dotter pen by Orly to make the balloons, and the rest of the black and white lines I used a nail art detailer brush. To fill in the house I also used a nail art brush by dabbing into each color. I'm a big fan of OPI but I also use Essie and China Glaze:) - DoubleTeam
