I'm feeling especially bloated and fluffy. How do you cope with that feeling and the extra pounds that accompany that time of the month?

I'm on a medication that makes me bloated--exercise makes me feel better. Pilates or yoga combined with cardio make me feel more "streamlined." Getting in the pool also feels good because your body is more buoyant in the water, so you don't feel as heavy as you're working out and swimming. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Mrs.Mouse and ningy our "timing" is bizarre..my hormones have been raging this week (PMS)..I agree with SOS exercise has helped me feel better and dress to impress... I pulled out a super cute pink paisley maxi dress put on the compass and shells jewlery and went shopping..I still felt bloated but..I felt pretty in my cute outfit and that helped!.. - Twinklelashes
