So it appears DL and DCA have instituted new policies regarding guests with disabilities. A number of rides in DL and most in DCA no longer allow immediate boarding for guest with disabilities. If the queue is accessible you can stay in your chair or ecv and go through the line. If you can't do the line then they give you a pass that allows you to return at what the current wait time states.(essentially a fastpass) you have to check in with a CM to find out the rides policy. Happened to us a few times already.
It has been that way for a while now..at least two years...but I think they especially do it for those busy days! Also I think helps stop the dishonest people! - Mouseketeer.for.Short

Good, it will stop those people from getting a knee brace at CVS and never waiting in line - ThreeEleven

Good news!!! I guess I've never understood why on some of the rides like pirates why you would go to the exit. And YES I have been there with people in wheel chairs. - peacelovemickey
