Best website for disneyland area hotels would be?? Want to try and plan a trip for Halloween or Christmas, but have to budget very carefully!

When we're not staying on-property, we use Priceline's name your own price option. We have had some great deals--Holiday Inn for $30/night, Convention Center Hilton for $40/night, etc. The drawback is that you don't know what hotel you'll get, and that made me a bit nervous at first, but you can choose the star level and area you're looking for--we've never had a bad one. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I love kayak.com because it checks multiple sites at once. Then I sort the hotels by distance to Disneyland because even if I'm not staying on site I like to be within walking distance . - PrincessKristin

I've pulled up Disneyland on google earth, found where the hotels were on there a d pulled up the websites individually. That way you know exactly how close you are to the entrance or whatever. A little labor intensive but works well. - DonaldGuy
