So I have a question about the Star Tours attraction. Some of the magic of Star Tours was once you got inside the building and could see the robots working on everything and looking up at the control tower and seeing the characters from the movie. Well since being in a wheelchair now I no longer get to see that part and have to go through a separate access door to ride the ride. Since the remodel have they made the inside line handicap accessible like they have on a lot of the lines at DCA or is it pretty much the same inside?
It's wheelchair accessible but not the motorized scooter. A bit different but I didn't really ride it much before the remodel of the ride - MarshaMouse

A while ago right before it opened we were told yes it was accessible but best bet would be to call disney and ask because every CM could say something different about the line specially if they dobt usually work that attraction. - ImAlwaysCrazy

We were just there with a wheel chair and used the wheel chair door with the elevator. - msdebborrahh

Yeah the outside line and ride has always been accessible but not the inside line. I am curious about the inside line and I have a manual wheelchair. - sweetkat

I don't think the inside line is wheelchair accessible....it has a turnstile-thingys right when you get the glasses...I don't think a wheelchair can go through those. - ToshiStation

Thank you! I am glad to hear this. Now I won't go getting my hopes up that I can go inside. I feel bad that my husband has to miss out on some of the cool stuff because he wheels me around, but I know for us to even be able to do Disneyland together without me being in pain is wonderful in itself. =) - sweetkat
