I am 26 and my goal for turning 30 is to do an IronMan. I know iv already posted this on sparkpeople, but is there anyone else out there that has a crazy goal that will push their bodies to the limits?

Used to have crazy goals. My jobs take up too much of my time now. I'm happy with an hour long cardio session and some strength training a few times a week. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

@ Dizney37 - yay big sis, your here, i have been looking for you. Check out SparkPeople, chubb33 has a group on there. You can track your cardio, food intake and meet other people with the same goals. There are some really nice people on this site with lots of advice and encouragent. - diznymommy84

A friend challenged me to do the DL half marathon last year and I shocked myself by accomplishing that goal! It felt amazing to go from sedentary to a half marathon in 3 months. I've gained some weight back and not been exercising regularly like I was last summer. I need to find that next challenge to give myself something to work towards. - Mimmy

@diznymomma84 - I'm signed up to do the DL 1/2 in Sept. Started training late tho, so will just have to muddle my way thru it. Haven't signed up yet for Tink, but that's prob a great idea to challenge myself. I have plenty of time left to really buckle down for that one. I need to sign up soon before it fills up. - Mimmy
