So I want to get some input. When buying Disney movies on DVD is it better to go traditional DVDs or Blu-Ray? Im thinking in terms of bonus material and which format has the most releases. I don't own a Blu-Ray player, but am willing to get one if it's worth it. All input is greatly appreciated!
We love blu-ray, because of all the extra stuff that they can fit on it and the crystal clear picture. - FELIXTHECAT

I would say blu-ray. I don't really notice a difference in quality in regular movies but disney's animated films look amazing. All of the little details really shine through. Love it. - DisneyMomma

Once you go blu ray you will never go back. Most blurays come with the dvds and a digital copy its the best value and trust me quality is crazy awesome! Bluray is the future dvds will be gone within the next 5 years - Alanis#3

Like Arben2011 says The BluRay + Dvd combo packs are best! :) - MandalorianGirl

I love that most blu rays come with the DVDs too...so we have one blu ray, but we can still watch DVDs in the car and the other rooms in the house. - DLlovingMommy27

also take into account that you'll only really notice a difference in the visuals if you have a proper HD TV to support Blu Ray. but Disney seems to be fully supporting the newer format and it wont go away anytime soon. But also the last few releases have included both versions (and even a digital copy). - dphizz
