Thanks! @smdfwife- No tape. I just used a clear basecoat to start. Painted the red tips. Let that dry. Then I used a toothpick for the white dots. And the black stripe & Mickeys were done with a black Sally Hansen nail pen. Finish off with a clear top coat!  - DisneyRuthy 95.7 #3077 6:17AM
