Yip Perth is way further. It's on the west coast of Australia. I can make it to Cali on one flight from NZ. You would need 2 long flights from Perth I think - JR

I honestly don't mind it, JR, because I'm so excited. The trip back, however....ugh. Yeah, Perth is the most isolated capital city in the world and it feels VERY far from LA. Last time it was here to Sydney then to LA. But I've done several other routes too. There are no direct flights. It's too far. - BLG

I wish it was closer. I don't mind flying but I get travel sick so i like to get it over with as quick as possible. Normally it's an overnight flight which is good. I can sleep most of the way - JR

I'm excited too PC. There is so much new stuff at DL since last time I was there. It's a shame I won't really able to use MW while I'm there unless i have wifi somewhere. The data roaming rates are crazy expensive - JR
