My sister has been on t and won 1000 dollars. You have to wait in line for many hours. While you wait they interview you. Make sure you sound "tv fun" and they will choose you. It's a loong long wait so bring food. No cameras or phones allowed. And if you guess the right price on an item you can exchange it for cash value - Madi

@ricky. I knew someone who was on the price is right and had to pay tax on the retail price of the refriderator she won. I believe that you have to pay the tax on the MSRP of an automobile. The only way you can get out of the tax is to not accept the prize. - sr citizen space ranger
